Can’t say enough about the service from these folks. Mom had been without water on and off for a few days. I told her to call Wheel’s because I heard fantastic things about them from happy customers. She waited until after the holiday weekend and called them on Tuesday because she didn’t want to get charged extra. Then, come to find out Mike said they don’t do that! He said they always try to prioritize people who are without water. Service was amazing. Mike was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Had to call him back to ask a question after he left and he was able to help us out over the phone. And best of all – he was curteous the whole time. I have had experiences with others who seem annoyed when you call them for help. You will NOT find that with this company. They are all very professional and kind. A++ a thousand stars!
